That's the ghost of past, present and future elections hanging around his neck...
Here we have it again.... a derailed mind, a fanatic, a showman, and then this other guy comes out of nowhere and jumps through Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's, Raul Castro's, and like a dozen other presidents' security to shove the president(?) grab his (!) microphone scream some gibberish about Maduro.
In all fairness the guy known as ''Yendrick'' is a legend breaking into scenes and shows and has become a celebrity on his own, but this does not speak well of the level of security that Maduro can provide to his entourage, not to speak about the rest of his country. After the incident, it was reported that some presidents and public figures, very discretely abandoned the ceremony.
